Furthermore featured in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
